We offer five types of plans: Free, Static, Dynamic, Premium, and Enterprise. Each plan is designed to suit different usage needs, from basic to advanced business requirements.

What is the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?

Static QR codes have fixed data and cannot be changed after creation. Dynamic QR codes allow you to change the destination URL or content without changing the code itself. They also support scan tracking and analytics.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on your current plan.

What kind of support is available?

Support levels depend on your plan. Premium and Enterprise users get priority support via email and live chat. Free and Static plan users can access community and documentation-based support.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for annual subscriptions within the first 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed. Please review our full refund policy for more details.
